BYB People 

BYB consists of a small team of midlife professionals lead by the founder, Mantel P. Featherson, EdD.

Mantel spent over 20 years in various roles with large companies. However, he never found true success or happiness in his work. In November 2023, he left his last corporate job to create BYB.

His entrepreneurial journey hasn’t been easy but he is far more engaged and excited, than he ever was with a corporate job. 

BYB’ s mission is to build courses and resources that enable midlife professionals to exit traditional employment and experience a career and life of freedom fueled by entrepreneurship.
